Each new Kärdi appliance comes with a 2 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty from the date of purchase. To be eligible for the 3 Year Extended Parts Warranty, you simply need to register your eligible product within 90 days of your purchase and we will extend the parts warranty for an additional 3 years, free of charge. This will make the total appliance parts warranty up to 5 years in total.

This warranty only applies to new appliances, purchased between 01/11/2019 and 31/10/2022 and purchases after the 28/11/202 and used in Australia. If you do not register, your manufacturer’s warranty will remain at the 2 years from the date of purchase.

Please note your extended warranty is not immediately applied to your account. Don't worry, this is because we're hard at work processing this for you. From here, we will check and ensure that all details provided are correct (we may need to contact you to confirm some details).

Your extended warranty is then manually processed, and finally, you will receive an email confirmation of your exclusive free 3 Years Extended Parts warranty. Rest assured your standard two years warranty is still valid whilst this is being processed.

Please note that the Kärdi Economy Range is not eligible for the 3 Years Extended Parts warranty promotion.
